Poulsbo Place II
A Mixed-Use Development Master Plan Program
Poulsbo, Washington
Site: Located north of the Poulsbo downtown area.
Program: Master Plan for a pedestrian-oriented community consisting of Craftsman style homes with views of the Olympic Mountains and Liberty Bay, a nature belt with walking paths, children’s play areas, and a parking area for RVs.
Solution: 190 units are densely designed across the site, making the most of the usable space while mitigating the impacts of high densities on a community. The design connects various areas of the neighborhood to a public park along the waterfront and creates a linked network of open, natural spaces and gardens.
