2010: We are currently site planning and designing home plans for 20 plus units of affordable and sustainable housing. The community land trust project is located on Lafayette and Indiana Streets, west of Squalicum Creek Park. Site amenities include views of the park, Mt. Baker and the Cascade Mountains to the east and access to north-south trails connecting the site to a network of area neighborhood trails.
Ferncliff Affordable Housing Community
Bainbridge Island, Washington
2009: We are currently designing and developing plans for an affordable and
sustainable housing community located just north of Wing Point Way on Ferncliff
Avenue, about 1/2 mile from the ferry. We are proposing 48 housing units comprised
of 2,3 and 4 bedroom homes. The 6-acre site is within walking and biking distances
of shopping and restaurants, and near a bus route. More >>
